1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders.

2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.

it will work as it is just no taser and tom says do that and retry

how do i change to not read only?

1. Go to your program folder named “Grand theft auto IV” usually located at C:\program files\Rockstar Games\

2. Right click it.

3. Select Properties

4. At the bottom of the popup there should be a option that is checked called “Read-only” unselect that.

5. Click Apply

6. If asked, select including subfolders and files

7. Click OK

this is also what it says. installation folder was not detected so it asks me to manually make one or choose one then i press install that it does the same thing does that have anything to do with it?

Then you are incapable of installing the tazer. Untick the tazer and reinstall.

what does that mean and how can i do that?
