Hi, so every once in a while I seem to be unable to download anything on this site. I've tried disabling my avast anti virus and re-connecting to the wi-fi but no luck, it just keeps giving me timed out errors. I've also tried closing and re-opening my browser, not sure if this has something to do with the website itself. Any ideas?

Your ISP seems to have persisting issues with our CDN provider. I will pass them some details to investigate.

Can you please follow the instructions here to run a traceroute (for both IPv4 and IPv6), substituting www.example.com for download-tier1.cdn.lcpdfr.com: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203118044#h_b8cebafd-9243-40e9-9c44-d4b94ccd3a87

And copy the results here. You can also PM me the results if you'd like.

I have been having the same issues, i cannot download anything from lcpdfr.com i am getting the same error shown above

 

 

 

 

I am having Major issues with downloading content, it started about a hour ago i cannot download anything from this website i keep getting the same error, i have tried resetting my proxy settings, is this happening to anyone else or is it a problem on my end?

Same with me, trying to download either manual installation or automatic, both result with same thing.

Yep so am I, funnily enough everyone I've seen complaining thus far has a united kingdom location tag

What ISP you use? I am on VM

 

Weirdly enough I can download it using my phone data, very weird. Maybe it is something Virgin Media has done?

BT for me cause it's the only option on my street so it can't be solely an ISP problem surely

i am on EE

 

Maybe the isp see's it as a false positive (virus) or the download provider has issues providing service in the UK?

 

Our CDN provider is saying this is an ISP level block. They are attempting to mitigate it. Is anyone having any luck now?

Edit: it has let me download now but speeds seem to be slow

That's probably going to be as good as it will be until the ISPs release their block.

It was working for a short while - Tried downloading a vehicle and it no longer works.

This is a problem that is mostly out of our control. We have escalated it and we can only wait.

I downloaded files I needed through my phone using data and transferred them to my pc, so not a problem 🙂

Downloading seems to have been fixed on my end and is back to normal which is good news, not sure if the issue has been solved for others. All I did was wait a few hours.
