Hello, I'm new to this.

 

installed the lspdfr and some other mods for this lspdfr like said in the video's of the albo11.

 

But i get an error when i launch ragehook.

 

something with persmission and bad anti virus etc...

 

how do I solve this?

 

once i menaged to load it till gtav loading screen but then it crashed somehow

Hi there,

 

No worries issues like this happen sometimes.

 

Have a go at some of these things and see if they help

• Disabling (Or making exceptions for GTA5, GTALauncher.exe etc) antivirus & firewall software
• Running RagePluginHook as admin

If you don't have any luck with those two,

• Reinstall RagePluginHook
• Go to Steam Game Library > Right click on the game > Properties > Local Files > "Verify Integrity Of Game Cache"

YOU SHOULD ONLY RESET THE GAME CACHE IF NOTHING ELSE HAS WORKED, BECAUSE IT REMOVES ALL THE CAR, PED & OBJECT MODELS WITHOUT A MOD FILE!

 

If none of these work, please let me know!

none worked... gonna delete all and also gtav and re-install and follow the guide from albo11 ifit still fails i dont know what to do then 😞 literally bought gtav on steam pure for this mod, always have been playing on ps4

Also in the Rage settings go to the Game Settings tab, Command Line Switches, and check force window mode.  Sometimes that will stop Rage from loading.  Once it loads then you can Alt. + Enter to go Fullscreen.  Might try that.

I downloaded LSPDFR 4.3 or latest to say easy... put in in gta v folder ( where gtav.exe is ) 

after that i downloaded some other mods like lspdfr+ and also moved like albo11 said in anotther video.. could this be the mistake? would be weird if it was...

Did the instal by guide... same f-ing problem! no idea what i'm doing wrong!

What did you move?  What video number is that  of Albo?  I installed mine his way also so I could look at his video and see.  I kinda remember getting an error like that also in the beginning when i first started but I don't remember what I did.  It was something simple and never had a problem since.  I have retail.  I don't know about Steam but I heard to Verify Game Integrity which i think you said you tired.  Which antivirus you have?  Keep it disabled every time you try to load Rage.  Also once I had to load Rage 3 times until it loaded the game.  When you get that error load Rage again.  I think it will say do you want to start in safe mode, just do Normal.  Try that a couple times in a row and see if it will force.  If not I almost think it is something in Rage settings. 

I remember I had to do this for something a while back, but click Rage but before it starts click the gear icon to go into settings.   Go to Advanced Settings and check Enable Countermeasures against.....  Then try.  I had to check that a while back to get something to work.  If not then go back and uncheck.

It's ok now, had to delete mcafee scan 🙂 works fine now 🙂 thanks for the help though
