anyone know how to stop cops that at the scene taking away the prisoner. so a transport van can come take then instead.   

if your backup makes the arrest, they automatically put the suspect in theire car.

If you want to call for a transport van, make the arrest yourself.

Or you could (Im not sure if this will work) in your agency.xml remove the flag ,,RespondAsTransport,, from the local patrol.

(FORGET THAT IF YOU ARE USING ARREST MANAGER FOR TRANSPORT)

If you are using arrest manger, you have to go to the arrest manager.ini and search for ,,AllowRecruitedOfficers=true,,

If there is a ,,true,, just change it to ,,false,,

You can always customize your prisoner transport vehicles with Arrest Manager 🙂
