Every time I select a character to go on duty the LSPD First Response.dll plugin crashes.

Thank you for the response, I have only used the LSPDFR 0.4 plugins and I am unable to ForceDuty because LSPDFR wont let me associate a character to a department before crashing. I have reinstalled manually and automatically.

I have also posted a RPH.log underneath the screenshot from the initial post.

Same issue, but mine is telling me that it's due to Traffic Policer. Probably going to have to wait for a slew of mod updates now.

Your log is showing LSPDFR crashing when attempting to get the game to load a weapon asset. Have you modified weapons/flashlight at all?

Looks like your LSPDFR, Rage Hook and GTA 5 is all out of date.  
 

EDIT:  Techinically it is not out of date at all for that time period.  Did you not want to update?  Might fix several issues.
