The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I was stupid enough and accidently deleted all the police car models and textures when i was trying to remove a mod. Now, the game and LSPDFR are unplayable. Could someone send me the files or the whole folder? I don't wanna reinstall the game with my bad internet...

    Did you create a mods folder like you're suppose to? If so, just go to the original file location and copy it over. 

     

    If not, I can provide one but it won't be right away. I won't be near my computer for like 9 hours. 

    I am no where near an expert on GTA V, but if I reply to your support thread I will try my best to assist you with your problems based on my knowledge of the problems I have gone through.

    If you did it on the mods folder, all you need to do is to go to the original update folder and copy it to the mods folder
