LOW FPS

Featured Replies

I can easily run GTAV over 120 fps.

When I start LSPDFR I'm usually getting around 70-90 fps then I go on duty and it goes to 40, sometimes dipping below 32, specially in the city.

Specs:
Windows 10 pc
i7 8700k @3.7
GTX 1080ti
32gb ddr4 ram

Exactly same issue, I have Ryzen 5 1600 paired with GTX 1060 3GB and 16GB DDR4. I get around 90 fps normally at every setting except MSA maxed out. With plugins loaded, it drops to 60 fps and then around 40 when on duty.

Try using these LSPDFR settings I got from the community support:

Main.PreloadAllModels = false
Networking.DisableServerCommunication = True
Networking.DisableDiscordRichPresence = True
Main.DisableAmbientScriptHooks = True
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0
WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0
Callouts.Multiplier = 250
Chase.CopsCanCommandeerVehicles = false
Callouts.DisableBigRadar = true
Ambient.DisableAmbientGameCopSpawnBlock = true
Chase.DisableTrafficDensityAdjustments = true
Chase.ExhaustionInterval = 25000
Chase.ExhaustionDuration = 30000
AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true
Chase.DisableAmbientAI = true
PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn = true

These might help with fps. I'm no expert at this but try lowering your settings one by one and see if and which one makes a difference. Another thing I have noticed is that mostly callouts tend to drop fps, especially for me, so try taking them out one by one and test to see if that makes a difference.

Another thing: Albo's plugin/scripts tend to cause fps drops but they are also the best mods to have while playing LSPDFR.

Most of my callouts are Albo's and once they start loading in, they drop my FPS to about 20-35 fps. So, it's either high FPS or callout packs, which personally I want callout packs.

OH wow. I couldn't play with 20-35 fps. I would go crazy. I also record and stream though so that would be no bueno.  I dropped a lot of packs that had repeat call outs in them, and took out most of the packs that I had that weren't optimized for the new LSPDFR and got my fps to 60-70 with everything loaded. Definitely call outs and bad optimization killing FPS. I should also note that I play with everything turned all the way up in the settings as well as use VisualV and Natural Vision.
