ELS not working

Featured Replies

I installed ELS and ELS compatible cars but nothing is working. When I spawn a police car the lights are a bit strange (look at the picture). If I press J and 1 2 3 nothing is working. The only thing that works is E ( horn). When I press the horn key the lights are working but ELS is not. I already tried to remove ASI Manger and restarted my PC. I also reinstalled all cars.

I hope somebody can help me

Have a great day everybody 🙂

Did you put the .xml files into the ELS folder (located inside the GTA main directory)? For example... you need to place police2.xml inside the folder within the ELS folder otherwise nothing will work.

Yes I did that. I placed all the . xml in the oack_default folder but it isn't working

To the experts... I reinstalled the entire game, loaded LSPDFR, and still does not work.  Maybe there is an issue with ScriptHookV?  It looks like my game updated before all of the ELS issues.

So I reinstalled ScriptHook V, ScriptHook V.net and LUA plugin and now it is working. It’s strange...

I believe that's the one. I am not aware of what could cause that issue

Do I need to include all three files? the XML, ASI and DLL? I had to do a clean install after being stubborn and refusing to do so after several months. Its been awhile since I messed with GTA

Either NVR, VisualV or both if applicable. It really depends on how your game reacts. But ive noticed that plain NVR satisfies all my needs, without jeopardizing performance
