Lights not Working...I read all threads.

Featured Replies

Good Evening,

I'm new to this site so hello! I've been doing a few mods lately, another new arrival to this side of GTA and I'm looking for some help. I have read almost every thread I could find, I've looked at Youtube videos and I've done the research. I downloaded ELS in hopes that the vehicles I have for mods...would light up. However they do not! I also did the uninstall and reinstall of ASI to see if it would fix the issue...it did not. The sirens work, however the lighting on the vehicle does not show. All my settings are on HIGH, I'm running a great graphics card, a computer with a ton of memory, etc.. but nothing. What am I missing?

Are the modded vehicles compatible with ELS? You'll need to download ELS enabled vehicles for the ELS to work.

Failing that, unsintall els, and redownload/install it. Then install the .asi loader, then install the vehicle mods, and remember to put the .xml files for the vehicles into the ELS folder.

Always happy to try and help with LSPDFR Support

I've started making skins - feel free to check them out HERE

Alright, I went ahead and put the XML files into the correct folder, however the lights still don't work. I was also directed via youtube to disable keybindings to enable the Control P to view ELS patterns. Nothing has worked. The sound comes out, no visual effects whatsoever.
