The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Am having similar issues with version 0.42. Launch RageHook, after Game window begins to load game crashes. Back to GTA launcher screen with retry or safe mode.

    hi I have the same concern that you the game don’t want to launch on lspdfr my games is official it spent last time on the lspdfr 0.4.1 just case 2 days I can’t launch it it it my own output that I had a permission problem that can help us

    You haven't included any troubleshooting information, so my guess is as good as yours.

    Please attach your RAGEPluginHook.log file.

    i havnt had any issue so far tbh....  where are you having a crash and is this ur first time installing it or are you upgrading..... second make sure ur rageplugin timeout threshold is set to 60000.third make sure u have everything installed correctly...fourth  if u have shit modded like cars peds maps etc. make sure to change game config and or use a good one.. and 5 please attach ur log file
