So I'm alittle confused on the modding community guidelines. I have created a pack by using others models and textures and combining them to make a sweet pack! Would it be alright to upload the pack if I credited the appropriate makers of the models and textures. It's a Blaine county sherrif pack and a lapd look like pack. I used the highest quality models I could find as well as textures. There is 2013 FPIU slicktop, non slicktop, 2016 FPIU slicktop/non slick top, 2016 charger slicktop/non slicktop, and much much more! It took alot of time to put it all together and I want others to enjoy if if its possible! 

I forgot to metion every single model is also offered in a lapd look like texture.

Generally, you should seek permission from all authors involved.

its a must that you get permission as usually in the readme's that come with the model and sometimes skins  will tell you also not to modify without permission and or re distribute..... anyhow good thing u asked... keep up the great work 🙂
