Set RPH and GTA5 as exceptions in your Antivirus and firewall. If it don´t work, disable your Antivirus.

If it still don´t work, post your RPH-Log. You find it in your GTA folder (no subfolder)

I'm pretty sure I did that but here is the log

Hello,
So, I took a look at the crash log and it did not indicate a crash. I am guessing that if you play without RPH you have no problems. Did you follow Rabbit's suggestion? Also, what anti-virus do you have?

Thanks! 🙂

It is fine without RPH. I have Kaspersky and the windows defender firewall. I'm pretty sure that's all I have and I was playing fine after I disabled both a while back. And now I'm crashing.

That means it must be an RPH related crash. Have you tried increasing the plugin threshold to 60,000?

No I haven't. How do I do that?

Follow these steps:
1. Launch RPH.
2. When it says "Validating Hook..." click the gear button at the bottom left corner. 3. Go to the plugins tab and you should see something that says: "Plugin Threshold". Change that to 60,000.

Hope that Helps! 🙂

I was having issues to. So what I did was went to my GATV errorcodes file.

-C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\data\errorcodes

There will be a log for each language. Read the one you need. It will tell what happened.

Mine was Graphics card memory. So I went into my GATV and launched it through STEAM.

Then looked my graphics settins and saw that my setting were running my graphics card at a low memory rate.

So I boosted the settings as high as I could . And saved them. Then closed GATV, and relaunched through Ragehook and it played fine.

Learning the keybinds is like pulling teeth.

How do I know which code error i am getting? When I crash it does not tell me.

so i changed the graphic settings to all high and restarted. as it was restarting i launched rage hook and it worked. BUT when I quit the game and tried to launch straight through rage hook it crashed again.

😄 😄

Where do you get this idea from? This file don´t show any error you have. It´s only for all error messages, that could appear, with translation to the used language 😉

Do you play with a controller? Try unplugging it before launching, and only plug it back in once LSPDFR has loaded.

It works thanks but what causes that?

It still tells you the error. Which is good information to have. Or at least something to chase down that is an issue.

The graphics setting may not be your issue. I was letting you know where to look to see if it logged an issue, and what that issue might be.

There is nor error it will tells you. The file is created when you install GTA 5. Then nothing will happen to it. You can´t take any information out this file, only what errors could appear.

If you don´t believe me, please make a screenshot of your GTA folder AND the errorcode folder in detail-view
