how to disable ai pull over spawn

I just want disable the ai  pulling peds over I want to have them to JUST drive around...... not pull people over in random spots....... think that's what might be causing the ambientspawn. error/crash 😕

okay I was never sure what one would disable it but ill try that!!! thanks the loot.... keep ya posted 🙂

SpawnFrequency does that go up or down to disable??? and or spawn very rare and how do I disable events just put 0 ? false ?
