(Apologies in advance if i'm not doing this correctly.)

 

However, I just reinstalled LSPDFR, ELS, etc. 

 

When I go in game and start everything, the ELS menu doesn't pop up, a couple of lights stay on, on the vehicle, and the back wigwags flash. 

 

I've tried reinstalling the OpenIV asi, and restarting. 

 

Nothing that I've seen has worked.

What do you mean put vcf-flies in the els folder? I have the same problem but i do not know which files to put in there... I downloaded add on vehicle and there is an .xml file extra... Is that the file?

Yeah, as written in the instructions you need to put the vfc-files (xml format) in the ELS folder you are using.

And do i need to change anything about them?

Does it make a difference if i download els cars from other websites?

Yes, I've got the vehicle file in the ELS Folder. 

@Reddington I know you're familiar with things of this sort. I'm thinking maybe you know the problem?

@ShadowPTX As I told you, please post your ELS-Log. What vehicle you try with it?

If you need something else in files please say the location.

Just the ELS-log. A text document in your GTA folder like every other log 😄 Named ELS 😉

You have no ELS-Log. This means your ELS never was loaded ingame. There is something you miss or don´t install properly.

I've installed it 2 times clean. I don't understand the problem. I've watched videos on it, and I've went from the installation.

Well i have checked your files now. Either you haven´t scripthook installed or you installed it wrong.

Had a similar problem, started when I installed NVR. Same issue with ScripthookV missing / being non-functional, Looks to me like NVR does something to it when you do a clean install of it. Thanks for the help.

Just so you're aware, you never had ScriptHook to begin with.  If you did have it and it vanished from your directory, your anti virus probably flagged it as a virus and removed it.
