Reversing Beep

Featured Replies

Okay, so you know how when you reverse in an ambulance or similar large vehicle you get the reversing beep? Is there a way to put that onto other vehicles? I realize that this isn't "proper", but I was curious if it was possible all the same? I'd love to attach it to my custom police4 vehicle but have no idea where to start.

I am not not exactly sure what you need to modify, but you could start modifying the ambulance meta file until you no longer get it. I would probably look at the audioNameHash, layout and flags (big).

Please do not PM me unless really necessary (knowing you helps). If you think you need my attention in a topic, tag me.

Reverse engineer it (pun intended!) That's a great idea. Thank you.

I haven't had a proper go yet if I'm being honest - have had a busy couple of days here, however I've not forgotten and will be delving into this over the next couple of days. If and when I find the solution, I'll be sure to share it 👍
