  • Don't make it more complicated then it needs to be, it's so simple You walk up to the empty car You Select your reason to write a ticket or tow Then select ticket to select a price. OR

Just get the Noose Patriot or Noose Enforcer and ram the car against the building. Or steal the car and take it to the police station... or your house.

  • You can always tow cars with SNT ;)

I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement a physical parking ticket. It was my impression that people just wanted to have an option to give an "imaginary" so-to-speak ticket. Normally, only scripts and objects from inside GTA IV's code and files are used, rather than ones that have been created by outside third parties. They look good though, nice work.

Yeah  . I, just, wanted to use a ticket and envelope as extras for vehicles. I saw this topic and thought to tell about my stuff.

I'm going to try and see if there's a way we can on-the-fly inject textures into GTA IV's memory. Probably a long shot but worth a try.

If we can, we could use this in LCPD:FR as default without needing to modify the files.

That's something Jay said, maybe we can do that with parking tickets.

Well, We could always have some industrial vehicle (We could make a slot for a van or something) drive to the area, then a dude get out, get in the tow-worthy car, and drive off. Could cause some ambulance-like problems, but is an idea.

A script that would simply make your give do some movements on the front of the suspect car, then like few days after (In-game) you get some money.

But still there would need to be some counter-actions, or else it would be a huge farming flaw.

Typically, animations that are already built in need to be used though from what I have observed over time. It doesn't seem like it is all that probable to custom write animations and then have a character execute them.
