Taser won't spawn

I keep pressing ALT+T but the taser doesn't spawn it just shows it on my belt really fast, and then disappers.

(I am using LCPDFR 0.95 RC2)

It was working before, but how do i reload my scripts (sorry i'm new )

it still doesn't work but when i spawn after choosing a person there is a floating taser.
