mod won't load

hi im trying to launch the mod on enhanced, removed all other mods/scripts. The game loads, i go to story mode but nothing has changed and i toggle F4 nothing happens. I added to windows defender exclusions and changed all permissions to allow all. Running windows 10 and GTA version 1.0.1013.34 The log file just shows this:

I didn't see that file name in the main game folder, just the RagePluginHookLauncher.log. i'm running gta enhanced if that matters.

If that is the case then something is blocking RPH from running. Make sure both the game folder and RagePluginHook.exe are both added as exclusions in Windows security.

Can you try loading into singleplayer normally first and then start RPH? Please upload the new launcher log, or the normal log then if it generates

You can also try running RPH as an admin
