The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

hello i wanted to know how to fix game issue where i would be patrolling and there are these white dots on the map that indicate drivers driving bad for example i would see cars racing  burning out ETC

    That's not a game issue. That's part of one of albo1125's mods you have installed.
