I was playing 0.4 about an hour ago and while on the way to a call i saw an ai in a traffic stop. I didn't stop but it was awesome to see.

The location is update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5. The other ones are basicly for the added on vehicles that come with the dlc updates and such. Most if not all the emergency vehicles use the one in the update.rpf file.

I can't speak for anyone else but i installed 0.4 on my modded game which still had my vehicles, peds, weapons, els, and redux. The only thing i deleted from my game was 0.3 and i used the 0.4 automatic installer. My game never crashed or received texture loss and my pc isn't a beast at all.

That's not a game issue. That's part of one of albo1125's mods you have installed.

For the retail version it's in the Rockstar folder and for the steam version it's in steam/steamapps/common folder. I should've been more clear but anyways i have 3 pc's with both versions of the game and they all worked fine on 0.3 but 0.4 caused that same error and i used this same method on all 3 pcs which fixed the issue. Btw make sure your antivirus isn't blocking it....😀

Also if you end the game while still on duty and when  you load 0.4 again sometimes your character will be on duty and engaged in a traffic stop like the ai. After the stop then you can take control of your character.

As far as coding goes i'm not sure but as as far as modeling goes, it is.

All you have to do is take a col from any  vanilla vehicle and scale it down to license plate size and place over plate, then place col in the hierarchy area that contains the plate object and reset to parent rename the col to plate (COL). You won't have to edit or add anything in the properties settings because the col will have those attributes.

Its sweet but if you do get it make sure it's game ready or you'll have a very hard time running it in game because of the poly level.

The only way to unlock a locked model is by ripping it which is highly frowned upon in the modding community. You'll have to try to contact the author of the model for permission of an unlocked model.

There's no way to lower the brightness of the white lights without effecting all of the lighting in game.

Hi everyone, so i've been racking my brain with this issue and looked to various sites and vids for a solution but to no avail. So i started experimenting trying to combat this issue and in a nutshell managed to figure out the cause and solution to this issue. Apparently when running gtav from ragehook causes this error to come up because of administrator priviliges. But to go straight to the solution.
 
!. Open your gta v destination folder
2.right click on you GTA5.exe and go to properties and compatibility and uncheck run as administrator.
3.right click on GTAVLauncher.exe and go to properties and compatibility and uncheck run as administrator.
4.Close and run game through Ragehook

And if the author didn't put any on it then, there's nothing you can do about it., or you can make your own vehicle and put them on.

Personally i like it. We have big badges on our police and sheriff vehicles where i live,

I also heard from a couple other sources that it runs better on 10. They say it uses less resources then 7 which gives you a higher fps.

make sure you have your shader quality and post fx in your graphics settings set to they're highest settings and use a visualsettings.dat mod like radiance v.

They are correct, it not els complatible, just els style lighting.
