I installed Ultimate Back Up and Stop the Ped for the first time.  I also installed Better EMS.  I see UB has and does what Better EMS does.  Also I got an in game message saying that Better EMS is not supported by the current version.  I assume it's referring to 0.4.  Anyway just want to see what you all use.  Do you use UB to call EMS and do you find that it dose what Better EMS does? 

I guess it comes to how immersive you want to be. Better EMS dispatches from the hospitals and fire stations, while UB spawns them nearby. I personally use the UB one because I just ended up fast spawning the Better EMS ambulances anyways.

I do like how they are called from the FD and Hospital instead of spawning closer.  It takes them time to get to the scene which is more realistic.  In the mean time you are working at cleaning up the scene.  I don't think Better EMS is supported by 0.4 though.  I get this message when the game loads.  

You can easily go into the UB .ini config file and edit the spawn distance to something like 1000 and they will spawn much further away for the same experience as EMSmod. The best thing about EMSmod is the chance of survival mechanics imo. That's really all it's good for though. Most the other stuff can simply be replicated by tweaking configs.

i'm using Better EmS it still works even though it says unsupported. I like how the units come from the hospital and fire departments. Also they heal your cop on scene if you walk up to them.

Ah, yup.  When i saw that message in game I forgot to see if BetterEMS worked.  Checked now and it does despite the wrong version message.  So it's good.  I did want to know what you all were using anyway.
