i'm using Better EmS it still works even though it says unsupported. I like how the units come from the hospital and fire departments. Also they heal your cop on scene if you walk up to them.

I like the controller for movement and the keyboard for menu stuff.

I always wondered why they just don't work when you're making a turn and not using code 3 or 2 etc. I don't even bother using them because it's so cumbersome it's not worth the extra effort even for realism...
