Hey all!!

I have been dealing with the ELS-H issue for quite a while and am finally asking for help!!

I understand that going into the els.ini file you change a police vehicle's Halogen=0 to Halogen=1. However, the halogen vehicles do not recognize I have changed the els file to be halogen.

So instead of getting the cool lightbulb pattern on the halogen light bars(like the vision ones), I get bars where each light is. I do not have any screen shots at this time but someone please help!! So basically, it looks like a colored line up and down the light bar.

I recommend putting a vanilla version of ELS is there, I never, ven mess with my .ini file for ELS, It orks fine for me...

ELS-H is in the Vanilla Version of ELS

It's an extra option you can activate in the ini File and its made for ELS-H Enavled Cars like these:

So this got nothing to do with a vanilla version of els

Is the car you use ELS-H compatible?

Yeah. They are ELS-H only vehicles. So I put the Halogen Only thing to 1. And it looks the same as it did at 0

did you save the ELS.ini as a .ini and not a .txt?

It naturally saves itself as that...

change the file type to ALL FILES then add .ini at the end of your file name

Okay. So I have a windows live issue(mentioned in a previous support thread) which was never solved. So everytime I luanch the game, I start with the opening mission. I spawn the vehicle and it works well. But once the mission is over, the lightbar is no longer ELS-H activated. :/ Ideas??
