I got an error on my plugin when building it, it seems like LSPDFR isn't being detected for some reason?

 

I've got all the correct references and usings so why do I get this error? The list goes on of errors but I couldn't include them all since there is 83 of them. The others basically are all saying the same thing. Although some are talking about how the type LHandle cannot be found. When I check however it is light blue and doesn't have a red line under it.

 

Can anyone help?
