The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

do you have all current plugins all up to date?

Did you add cars where you edited the handling.meta, [..]?

  • You can test this by changing the "mods" folder to "_mods" and starting the game again.

Also, if you ever need help with the Emergency Lighting will using ELS, download Radiance V and select Bright. Bright Will allow you to see the lights very well in the day BUT, you use the Very Bright, At night, It will be almost impossible to seem real! 

 

ALSO! You need to make sure you that you use window's borderless and you might want to run as admin for the rage hook.
