Ok well like I said you can't use controller for everything, I've unbound literally everything from controller apart from ELS because I only use controller to drive in pursuits, otherwise you need to use the keyboard and mouse because the .ini files don't let you customize controllers functions to the full extent.

I set my UltimateBackup key to CapsLock because I still use the old menu sometimes but also need the new one for things like Air support or K9. If you go through the .ini configuration files for each one that's given you can set the keys inside those by editing in them in notepad.

When you pull someone over and go up to there car your character should automatically say "Hello" (this is LSPDFR) now you should be given the choice of talking to them using either Y or E. Y is Interaction+ menu and it will allow you to question the driver aswell as ask for ID and some other things, the normal LSPDFR menu with E will do the same thing but no questioning. So use both separately but at the same time to do different things.

Started this account before LSPDFR ever came out. GTA IV were the days of rage and not being able to play because of how bad my PC was. Well catch up to the year of 2019.. Using my brother's half decent PC to play LSPDFR before I leave and move to Florida with my girlfriend. Hey guys, I wanted to inform you guys on that because this game means something to me and a bunch of other people. Yall have gone well beyond our reach of needs and wants for LSPDFR 4.0 and i'm extremely happy that you guys could! Hopefully, when I get down to florida, after a few months of living there, I can finally get my ultimate gaming PC from DigitalStorm.com - Looking at a  lumos for $1850. Not going to be on everyday but it will be a PC for me to use and have no issues with! Anyway guys, I'm 18 almost 19 and my names Michael lol. Hopefully we can keep LSPDFR here for our Life time! 

I am constantly updating this thread with more mods so keep an eye on it. My computer is pretty low spec so if your PC is a beast then add more on top of this list, just remember add one thing at a time and test for as long as possible then add more. Add what suits you and fits your PCs capabilities. That has been my key to getting this far with near perfect stability with play times of up to 2 hours... most of the time. Be warned LSPDFR will break eventually! The .ini files have been tweaked to my preferences which is basically maximum difficulty. Cars that are designed to be fast will get away in pursuits if you're not quick and same goes with the super sprint being tuned down to be a more of a realistic burst of energy so foot pursuits will last longer! I don't play this game to win I play for immersive roleplaying so tweak the settings how you want them if these do not suit you!

Guides & Help:
Use CleanWorld in console ingame (F4) to clear 99% of things in the world.
To reset everything (for example: StopThePed blips and/or backup/ems blips) pause the game and go to select character, select your character and game should reset. Going to Police Station/Apartment should also do the same thing, I think.
It's best not to alt tab during the game load up.
