The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

one question from me, after I downloaded that new update 0.4.1 build, do I need to overwrite all files? or I could just replace 1 file (the LSPDFR.dll file) ?

 

PS. I already installed the initial build of 0.4.1

    You should replace the dll, pdb and keys.ini file.
