I'm having the same issue. Did you ever figure out what was causing your problem?

Haven't wanted to waste time on trying to figure it out yet haha so just using EUP's character editor on the fly when I go on duty. I also notice when I go into the apartment when I try to press E to leave the apartment LSPDFR behaves the same way and nothing happens and its like the plugin is not running... strange bug.

I was having issues much like many other people where my game would crash while running LSPDFR, and run fine without the mod loaded/running.  I tried removing everything possible from my plugins to vehicle mods. I had reinstalled the newest version of LSPDFR so many times I can't even count. Once I had exhausted those options and the mod still crashed my game EVERY single time, I had come to the conclusion that there was just some issue with the new version of the mod that I couldn't figure out.

 

After about a month or so of waiting for an update to fix my issue, I wanted to try again to fix it myself with a fresh new perspective on the problem. Instead of working with what I had I did a clean re-install and wanted to add one thing at a time to determine what might be causing this. I started by adding ScriptHook, RPH & LSPDFR, and to my surprise it worked fine with no crashes on loading of the plugin or going on duty and patrolling around. After testing for about ten-minutes it seemed like it was working fine, and made me wonder if an older file was somehow lingering around from a previous LSPDFR version and was causing the crashes. I then re-added Enhanced Native Trainer next so I could play like I used to and bam, crashes were back JUST like before, at the same points that they occurred previously. 

 

It was at this point I had realized that Enhanced Native Trainer (Update 40) was causing all of these crashes with the new version of LSPDFR, which is something I never thought to try as it's just a trainer and didn't think it would conflict with LSPDFR whatsoever... But it did. How I fixed this is by simply using the trainer that ScriptHook provides with its download - not nearly as pretty or advanced as ENT, but still has some features. Hopefully ENT will update in the near future to fix this compatibility issue with LSPDFR, so-long as they are aware of this, and if not hopefully this sheds some light on it.

 

LSS: Don't use Enhanced Native Trainer (Build 40), however use an alternative trainer such as ScriptHook provided trainer. 

PS: I've also experienced an issue where going into the station and going on duty will create this loading error where it loads the plugin but loses the LSPDFR GUI, so I'm just stuck looking at my character with no way to continue to character customization, vehicle selection, or to leave the station - making the only option to restart the game. I've found that one way of going around this problem is to go into the station and go on duty, then as fast as possible after going on duty and loading LSPDFR, exit the station. Step outside and let the plugins load, then reenter and customize the character and select a vehicle. Not sure if it's a plugin loading issue that cancels the GUI, but that's my thought so far.

 

Hope this helps someone out there who is clueless and really upset they can't play this awesome mod, as I was too. Great work on this amazing and game-changing update Sam!

There is also the option to "forceduty" thru the console while not being in at any station. then using the F11 menu to select your uniform and use trainer (i use simple trainer) to spawn your police vehicle.

This has happened to me before when I install a mod and police smart radio wants to add to its radio.

Also, if you already did, disregard, but other than setting the threshold, also check the "game settings>command line switches" and make sure you have only "force window mode" checked and "directx 11". Optionally, you can also check "borderless window". Also, while in game you can change settings to full-screen. For some reason LSPDFR   does not like to load when settings is in full-screen mode.

 

Note, this may or may not fix your exact issue (i have not have had the issue with "police station error" you experienced other than the issue i replied on in comment above), but at least you have the right (i gathered this from other posts) settings for your Ragehook set.. This seemed to have fixed my "stuck at lspdfr loading" screen when I first started..

Weird. In every version my police computer has been X button on controller. It never has been DPadLeft.. Strange what you are experiencing.

Negative. Not to run LSPDFR, however some plugins may require it. Always read the accompanied readme file that comes with each plugin to be sure what it requires.

So launch the game and it loads but when it shows the in game screen it says in the bottom right hand corner it says "Loading lspdfr"

Have you done the settings changes i mentioned in post above?

Guys I get an error with ScripthookV and I cant launch the game.Do you guys have the latest version of ScripthookV supported by LSPDFR0.4.1 or is there one be made cause every link I press it says 404 could not be found.

LSPDFR does not require ScriptHookV.

Alright so it doesn't have to do with LSPDFR.

 

I need help whenever I try to start the rage plugin it gets to the blackscreen loading gta but then it kicks me out to the gta error page with safe mode and retry. I tried force windowed mode and no borders together. I also tried the bug mode. I already have my max freshhold 60000. I am stuck.
