I've noticed that at times when my ped flees and I perform my duties and return to the traffic stop the vehicle is gone? is that normal or a bug?

    As far as I know and I experienced, it is normal that the stopped car disappears if you go too far from it, but your police vehicle should be there when you return.

    This mod attempts to address the issue. Havn't tried it myself, so I can't comment on it's effectiveness.
