In certain circumstances, I'm unable to blip a car to have them pull over, or a blip doesn't appear when a suspect runs from me.

When I see a stolen car, Im unable to blip that car in order to try and pull it over.
Also, during a traffic stop, I have peds run from me during the traffic stop, but it does not blip the suspect on the map as a fleeing suspect.

You'll have to "call it in" by holding down B  on your keyboard. 

I've had that issue to in the LSPDFR robbery callouts when I arrive and the suspects are just leaving the store, they blip up but then a few seconds later the blip is gone.  I press B for backup but since there is no blip, backup doesn't think there is a suspect.  Backup arrives and are like "What do you want?"  Yeah, don't you see me chasing after this suspect?  So pressing B brings up backup menu but I have to hold down B to call it in?  I didn't know about holding B down.  I'll try that when I play next.

Some people have had problems with holding down B to report a crime, me too. So if you see it doesn't work, try changing the keybinding

So if I have ultimate backup, does it conflict with that? Or will holding B down still work
