I have a car mod that I don't want to use the standard livery. How do I change which livery it uses?

So if I have ultimate backup, does it conflict with that? Or will holding B down still work

In certain circumstances, I'm unable to blip a car to have them pull over, or a blip doesn't appear when a suspect runs from me. When I see a stolen car, Im unable to blip that car in order to try and pull it over. Also, during a traffic stop, I have peds run from me during the traffic stop, but it does not blip the suspect on the map as a fleeing suspect. Any help? Cheers

So I installed EUP and when trying to launch GTA it told me there was a reg file missing and that I needed to validate the files, so I validated my files via steam, it said 1 file missing and that it would be fixed. I then loaded up GTA and it worked, went into EUP to start messing around with uniforms, except every uniform seemed to not exist, as in it wasn't what it said the uniform was. Any ideas?
