LSPDFR / Ultimate Backup Keybind help.

Featured Replies

I've installed Ultimate Backup, and I've been trying to open the Backup Menu and it seems to not work or show up. Everytime I hit B it shows the LSPDFR Backup Menu instead of Ultimate Backup. Is there anyway I can change the LSPDFR Key, or get Ultimate Backup Menu to work? Please help.

Definitely you can. Go to LSPDFR folder, then open the 'keys' file and change the key for backup menu. If you are not willing to use LSPDFR default backup, set it to 'none' and after that, if you press B while playing UltimateBackup should show up.

I set my key for Ultimate Backup to CapsLock. Because both menus can offer different things and you don't always need UB menu. I tried unbinding my B button in default keys but it wouldn't turn off for some reason so now I've opted to CapsLock and it's fine!

If you want to change the default it will be under "lspdfr / keys.ini" if you want to change your ultimate backup keybinds it will be under "plugins / lspdfr / ultimatebakup.ini"

Read through those files and you can change the keys to whatever you want them to be.

This website will tell you the names of all the possible keybinds

Thanks buddy!! - Off topic but I'm trying to see if anyone knows:

I want to try to remove the tints on some of my vehicles from default if this is possible. Some of the lights don't show as the tints cover them. I can remove them in the trainer but when I call for backup and another of the same vehicle arrives, it comes with the tint with no lights flashing

Too remove tint being default:

  1. In OpenIV go through this path: "mods/update/update/common/data/level/gta5/vehicle.meta"
  2. Right click and edit the "vehicle.meta"
  3. Press "CTRL+F" and search for whatever car it is you want to remove the tint from
  4. Once you have searched the vehicle scroll down and find the line that says "<diffuseTint valie="xxxxxxxxxx" />"  (Note that the x's could be any random string of letters and #'s)
  5. Replace the string so it looks like this "<diffuseTint valie="0x00FFFFFF" />"
  6. Load the game and see if it worked

DISCLAIMER: Know that I just researched this so I can't 100% guarantee it will work as I haven't done this myself

 Okay

Before getting into config files and  hacking Nasa and all , just do this simple  steps ,

Step 1. Make sure the ultimate backup  is in its right place , probably  in your  GTA V's  directory  " Plugin folder " , paste the contents of ultimatebackup.

 Open the Game

Step 2 . Now  when u run lspdfr "B" keyword , it overlays the lspdfr backup menu  . so Click esc once , now the ultimate backup  menu which  was in polio situation  is gone .....

step 3. click again "B" , but don't close the  lspdfr backup  menu .

This time the lspdfr menu gets cancelled and  ultimate backup menu pops up clearly .

If u got it and works but its a Loop worker , try to figure it out more precisely.  B and esc and again B. Thats all ......
