Try to boot up your RagePluginHook with elevated privileges to make sure it is not an error caused by your privileges on your computer. Sometimes, people will need to use the elevated privileges for RPH to work.

I figured out I was too dumb to put it in a wrong section of the folder.

Does it work fine if you use a different vehicle with a different xml file?

Can you link the two CVPI and the Charger for me?
If you are using RadianceV, you have to turn Shaders and Post FX to high or very high in the graphics settings for it to work.

As seen the problem occurs while running Lively World.
 
I see that everything else is working fine, it seems like it's a fatal bug in THE MOD ITSELF. I'd recommend try contacting the Owner/Worker from the Mod.

it worked after installing once. I tried the second time, the problem happens again

Ever since I installed Natural Vision and Visual V, my lights became blue and yellow. So then I tried fixing it by installing the "very bright" visual settings of Radiance as I had just bright before. Doing this made the lights change only at evening and night but not during the day. The lights were still blue and yellow during daytime and normal at evening. And at night, the lights become extremely bright. Anyone got a fix for this? 

You can just redownload the modification, or find your old downloaded file and you have the correct one.

I'm so frustrated trying to get this to work. First time coming back to play in a few months, everything is updated plugin wise. Here's my log:
