EUP doesn't do release dates as we don't want to disappoint the community or get forced to rush updates out to the public. We want updates to be the best they can be!

Awesome thanks! Will I need to reinstall the whole game if I upgrade to 8.0 when I install 7.5 now?

Not necessarily, I don't remember completely but there may be a uninstall 7.5 oiv in the download, if not I can work on one or you just have to remove the old eup folder since the new EUP will be a dlcpack.
