The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Apparently everyone thinks that 4.0 is the cats own ass, but I just want to go back to version 3.1 where all my mods worked.... and I didn't have to use a damn crystal ball to determine what the key strokes are to pull over someone. I don't care that my damn player can now wear a monkey smoking a cigarette mask... I just want to go back. This mod is not fun now. I used to enjoy the high speed pursuit, and now I have to hit 14 keys and type in a license plate that I cannon read into a computer. Can someone help me get to my LSPDFR again? So disappointed... So disappointed.

No one can help you, you should've made a backup of 0.3.1.

Mod it until you break it.

Yeah, as FKDZ said prior, no one could help you. It is against the site policy I believe to get LSPDFR files from someone else. Sadly, you should have kept a copy of 0.3 around just in case. I have my 0.4 sitting on the desktop, because most of the helpful plugins I use are not supported currently.
