How did you install 0.4?

Featured Replies

Just wondering how you all installed 0.4.  I haven't installed it yet.  Were you able to install it in your modified folder or did you have to have a clean version of GTAV?  I would think maybe go with a non-modded folder to see what all 0.4 is.  Then add additional mods to fill in the "gaps".  Just wondering what you all did before I install mine.

Hi,

I installed it on my "old" version of GTA V but I didn't have any mods then and now I only have a few cars from the RDE pack + EUP installed. It's recommended to start without any mods loaded (for car mods, if you use the "mods" folder, you can just disable the OpenIV script).

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

I can't speak for anyone else but i installed 0.4 on my modded game which still had my vehicles, peds, weapons, els, and redux. The only thing i deleted from my game was 0.3 and i used the 0.4 automatic installer. My game never crashed or received texture loss and my pc isn't a beast at all.
