AI Cops doesn't have badges.

AI cops doesn't have badge even I'm in duty.

My mods only are EUP and  Cop Holster.

For some reason EUP edits the default outfits to remove the badges.

yes cop holster works.  The AI cops doesnt' have badges not sure why

Only works for me if I start the game with all plugins unloaded. For some reason starting it with them loaded causes a crash.

I decided to create a simple mod to enhance the LSPD outfits too.  This is perfect for anyone who doesn't use EUP, and is super easy to install.

@Sam Is there going to be Sheriff EUP’s & FBI EUP’s and highway patrol EUP’s? For some reason my Highway patrol backup is always NPC.. their not MP Characters.

It's something you need to configure yourself using the XML customization.  Plenty of info and topics in the wiki about it.
