Rage plugin hook doesn't work

I downloaded LSPDFR 0.4, installed it but rage plugin hook won't work. The console doesn't open and the plugin isn't loaded. I have tried removing all other mods, which didn't work, so i reinstalled the game. Then i installed lspdfr and the same thing happened, it's just the vanilla game because RPH doesn't want to work.

I have got RPH working but it crashes the game while loading now

RPH now works correctly but only if LSPDFR 0.4 is not enabled

Have you updated your plugins? If not, read this:

Disable your anti-virus might help. Some anti-virus programs see RPH as a threat.

I've tried disabling my antivirus and i don't have any other plugins beside LSPDFR

Is this the file you asked for? It was in a folder called "Logs"

Unfortunately, that is not it. I need the text file in the main GTA 5 Directory that is titled: "RagePluginHook".

Go into the RPH settings and find 'Enable Counter Measures Against Online Vehicle Removal' (it's not exactly called this, but I can't remember the exact name, and it's something you have turned on) and turn it off. It's been broken for about 6 releases of RPH and they haven't removed the option for whatever reason.
