I saw a crime then i want to report

 

(Crime reports) not working..

Some say need press B  but do nothing

And on lspdfr key menu its say hold down arrow but it do nothing.. 

 

Also these no other uniform only lpd uniform other one is grayed out thx

Also most of the callout is robbery on rockford hills.. same place.. 

You only need to hold B if there is a crime you can report, the blip will then flash and a pursuit will be initiated. 

 

Only the LSPD and IAA uniforms are available on a default install, this is simply because Rockstar didn't develop any other Law enforcement textures for the MP peds. 

DPadDown didn't seem to work for me the one time so far I've needed to use it, and had to use the keyboard key.

Yeah Crime report doesn't work for me either... ai fled from traffic stop, I tried using the report crime button on my controller & keyboard and nothing happens. I tried holding and pressing.

I have found it works for me just fine. i get the red bar that fills and then all hell breaks loose as patrols come to my aid. Only issue i am finding is that my Backup key is also B so i may need to somehow reconfigure the report key. At the moment my Backup menu seems to create a small menu that covers the red bar as its placed in the very same spot.

hence the never ending issue with multiple mods lmao.

If we change the default 'B' key to "G" or something else, will holding it down still report a crime we witness?

I changed my crime reporting key to R as i wanted to keep B for Ultimate Backup. it works good still.

I tried using d-pad key on controller until now , thats not working for me, but just found out that B works. Unkomfortable when playing with controller but nevermind

My Solution:

CRIME_REPORT_Key: B (default)

BACKUP_MENU: B (default)

If you're using Ultimate Backup, change this key (for example to Z) and not the LSPD BACKUP_MENU or CRIME_REPORT_Key.

Yes, although my problem has been fixed since then idk how it was fixed but the two keys are now separate again and since i have ultimate back i disabled the backup menu and crime report now works with the key its assigned to
