The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello. I want to go back to the previous version of the mod, can someone give me a link to the 0.3.1 version? Preferably a manual install, thanks!

I do not believe 0.3.1 will be made available as that will cause support issues (people asking for support on an old version), however I will pass this on to the dev team. Please note that unauthorized sharing of the LSPDFR modification is prohibited.
