anyone know know how I can get multiply License plates like they had in SA?

If you have a modded vehicle, those usually come with multiple textures (liveries) and each livery can have its own license plate. The liveries spawn randomly. However, there is no way for the default cars to have multiple license plates, that I know of.

All that pack does is make the liberty city license plate to another license plate. They are still all the same. The OP wants all cars to have different ones.

As Iconography said, the only real way to have different license plates on vehicles is to add custom ones that have them.

Its very possible but requires every default vehicle to have its license plate re-mapped. This would take absolutely ages to do.

But adding too many vehicles may cause more harm then good, if you want a properly working game, i don't recommend putting a ton of car mods in.

I can see this being possible. "Simply" create models for the frame of the plate and then the alphabet and numbers, then get a script to generate a random string based on the format and spawn the corresponding plate models on the vehicle. It might not look perfect due to the variations in the default and new vehicles, but It could be done.

maybe even remodeled stock vehicles that can fit templates in a mod pack with an original vehicles.img for a backup would work.

You can make a template for the license plates on every car then add in the vehiclet.dat "+ livery" and then the car will spawn with different licence plates.

Would take a couple of weeks more or less if you hang in there or not but its possible
