I am trying to find a mod that replaces the LSSD stations in Paleto and Sandy with a BCSO skin. I found an image of a mod like that but I could not find a download for it. 

 

If you guys know of any mod like this that exists or know the location of the LSSD stations in the game files that would be a big help for me!

That's a part of Realism Dispatch Enhanced. It's currently not available separately, but if you know how the GTA file system works you can extract the textures from RDE and use them separately.
