I think It's a callout thats out of date I'm not sure, its not even pulling up a crash log.

What does it say when it crashes? Also, is it the game that crashes or LSPDFR?

well, for me it first says the game has crashed then Rockstar support link follows. Ragelog follows

What antivirus do you have.

Avg I don't think its that Because its worked fine with it. but it did just update.

Disable it and see if that works.

Okay Your right, it was my avg now how do I fix this without disabling my anti virus.

okay now it just stays in a loading screen forever.

You need to update your update.rpf file. 
Start openIV and it will show a green notification bar saying your update.rpf is out of date. 
Press Copy to update it.

Add your Gta 5 folder as an exclusion in your antivirus.
