I've installed an F550 mod plus a skin to go with it however on some of the ambulances no textures appear. I assume it's because in default GTA the ambulance has multiple skins and so the game still tries to load them in but can't find them so I get this blank model. 

 

How can I fix this? Example below

Make sure you also add/replace the skin in the   _hi.ytd file.  Some models have skins in both YTD files, others have them only in one. 

Good shout. There was no skin assigned to the other model. 

Got a new one for ya. What on earth have I done wrong to cause this? All I did was install these mods:

Looks like you have replaced some ytd's or something.

Ahh man. Installing these has really screwed with my game. Every cop is a sheriff. Every cop car is a sheriff car. Every vehicle that's vanilla has this texture bug.

 

I really wish I could restore to the point before I restarted my PC.. (1 hour ago) I don't know how to go about fixing this. 

My game crashes every couple minutes now.

You replaced these textures in a mods folder right?

I'm having the same issue with the ambulance.  Here is my directory with the files for the ambulance and I loaded all three into Open IV correctly.  The ambulance spawns but there are no skins.

Usual causes are file conflicts: check any other mod archives for ambulance files and delete them.

I had similar issues with police cars and found a thread on how to fix.....but I can't find it now.

Can someone elaborate on this ? 

 

I think this is the issue I am having, I just don;t know how to go about fixing it !
