so i can launch into gta fine and do everything. But when i hit F4 and type 'reloadallplugins' then i get about 11 messages saying lspdfr has crashed.

 

so i think its to do with lspdfr.

Go into CheepCallouts.ini, change the "CheckForNewVersion" to 'false'   

This will fix your problem

i took all my plugins out and placed them in a folder in another folder. so none

This is the REAL reason you are crashing.
[09/12/2018 17:26:30.828] Command line option -enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval is specified; enabling counter measures against removal of online vehicles in singleplayer.

 

In your commandline.txt file located in your main gta5 directory, Delete -enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval

so i tried both of these and neither works. in fact it made it worse. now i crash on the sirens and gunfire part of the loading screen so i dont even get into gta

i play with a plugins folder within that there is a folder called 'lspdfr' and thats were all the mods and plugins are.

My solution worked. Please don't say it didn't. Your no longer getting spammed with the lspdfr failed to load.

As for you NEW issue, in command line.txt Paste this and save please.

Please do not be condescending towards others who are providing support, regardless if you think they are right or wrong.  Sammy was actually kind of correct.  As you are aware, the update server for Cheep Callouts is down, which is causing issues for people who have checkupdates set to true.

If you read anything in this thread you would know this has nothing to do with cheep callouts.

OP can't even get on duty.

Therefore he is correct about nothing.
