Computer Plus just Freezes and unFreezes my game

Its not only computer, Traffic polier is freezing my game completely . Now when i try to open computer it freezes my game then a few secs later Unfreezes so i don.t know what happening.

Game starts to lag right when you get a phone call

No the game starts to lag once I hit k to open computer plus. You can even hear els kick in for a sec
