Loads the game but never hooks to the game and then just starts GTA 5 as it would if I just went to steam and loaded it

I fixed it by making my game settings Windowed or Window Borderless in-game, and then restarting with RagePluginHook.

Thanks, works for me in windowed mode 🙂 only thig now is its very buggy, if hit anything in the police car it makes me step out the vehicle and shout at myself wtf! lol
