I need to change the license plate texture so I can put a custom IMAGE there. How do I do this? (yes, I know about vehshare.ytd I'm not trying to change it like that)

You could always Put the custom image on the vehicle template and then delete the plate off the vehicle.

Yeah but, than it's just a pasted image on the back and it doesn't real

You need to create a new material and generate a new uv mapping to adjust to the new texture you added.
