Solutions

  1. LegionA2's post in GTA 5 crashing was marked as the answer   
    it turns out it was a mod i had from 2015 that no longer worked 
    wanted snow on the map
  2. LegionA2's post in Battleye disabled but RPH isn't launching was marked as the answer   
    Make sure if you are on steam you right click Grand Theft Auto V go to General and go to Advanced users may choose to enter modifications to their launch options and type in -NoBattlEye
