So, I've run into an issue, following the last GTA V update, that being that any car pack I add via Open IV doesn't load into the game. I just end up with default GTA V police vehicles, some without lightbars. I am using the latest GTA V, RPH, and Scripthook, and I've installed the cars correctly, so I am unsure of why this is happening.

I don't have mine routed through a patchday.  I access my vehicles.rpf through mods>update>x64>dclpacks>MODDING>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>vehicles.rpf. This worked up until the latest update.

thats your problem all vehicles need to go in the newest patch day

you should always load cars in the newest patch day not through the main rpf

He should be fine doing it that way.  I believe that's Albos Modding pack which overrides every patchday.  I use it for all my addons and replacements may be related to the update.

you are correct i did not see where he said modding yes albos does override every patch day

Hmmm. Putting it in patchday 19 fixed it anways....

Yes albo's override everything, but not if you don't have any vehicles installed in the modding dlc pack, it only overrides everything if you have like police3 in it. You just have to put it in the latest patchday, it can't be in the standard vehicles.rpf

He actually didnt put it in the standard he put it in the modding dlc pack.  It should have worked where he put it.

Add the modded folder to your dlclist.xml in 

\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

simply copy/paste <Item>dlcpacks:\MODDING\</Item>

Thanks, I just did that, but I seem to have MORE issues now. ELS was too dim, so I re-added VisualV and RadianceV, which the aforementioned GTA V update seemed to have removed, along Brighter ELS Lights (NVR Add-On). NVR wouldn't reinstall due to an apparent fatal error which occurred even after I ran the NVR uninstaller and tried installing from a fresh download.  Now when I launch my game, the NVR logo still appears on the splash screen as if it is installed anyways, and when I run RPH and select story mode, I get "Corrupt Game Data" error, which, when I close it, crashes the game which still loads in the background until the error dialogue box is closed. Any ideas????

Your supposed to copy over the new update.rpf file since gta has been updated. Your supposed to move that into the mod folder. OpenIV automatically asks that. When you go to \mods\update\update.rpf\ it will say your game has been updated and this section is outdated or something like that.  Did you do all this?

I think so. I never asked that specifically, but I recalling it asking something like that.....

Do you have patchday 17,18, and 19 inside your dlclist.xml?

My guy your problem, this tread started from you not seeing your modded vehicles. That was solved by me but now you have a whole new issue that YOU created. So YOU must figure out what you did with NVG or whatever because you have a whole different issue now. You must retrace your steps.
